Honestly couldn’t ask for a better hotel! I wasn’t expecting much with a room with no window, but the large curtain and mood lighting made it seem like there was light coming in from above the curtain! The bathroom was nice, high standard, and bed was very comfortable. The room had great mirrors (which is always useful when going on nights out in Edinburgh, TV connected directly to Netflix on my phone. The bed was great and mood lighting was super fun! With light switches directly above the pillows for easy on and off during night/morning. Staff super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

We spend two nights at this hotel. It's in a good location with transport links nearby. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. They are very friendly and polite, especially the lady serving breakfast. She was super nice. Breakfast is additional £9 with a good selection of pastries. They don't serve cooked breakfast but there is boiled eggs. We were happy with the servings. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This was such a lovely hotel. My mum and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great! Upon arrival the staff were really friendly, we decided to have a couple of drinks downstairs in the dining area. The beds were comfy, shower pressure was great, the room was clean and when we wanted to have it cleaned we just went downstairs to the reception and asked to have it freshened up. Over all I can't complain about anything. Even the buffet style breakfast was delicious with pastries.

This hotel does what it says on the tin! It was a great location for my trip to the Modern Two gallery and has some nice places to dine & drink nearby. It's defo not central city but I knew that and I picked it for the short walk to the gallery and it was easy enough to find/get to on foot from the city centre. I had a cozy double without window and I think that next time, I'd pay the difference for the window. The room was on the lower ground floor so it felt a bit dungeon-like however the room and the hotel were clean & well presented. I loved the ambient lighting and the touch controls in the room, the bed was comfy too. Check-in was swift and I was well informed, quick check-out too. I didn't eat breakfast and I regret not trying the pizzas or getting to know the hotel a bit more but as it was a fleeting overnight visit I'd already made my plans before leaving home. Would I stay there again? Yes, if I needed to be in that area.
