Service and staff absolutely excellent. Very clean rooms and foyer, safe and in keeping with current covid 19 restrictions, very simple and elegant decor, space for hanging clothes, safe enough for toddler to walk around in the room, not too hot at night and easy access with our pram. Especially pleased with the Very comfy beds, Only lost star for little bits like the lack of parking, out of date biscuits in the breakfast-to-go bag, the incredibly slow room kettle and even slower to heat shower. I'd go back for another visit, we had a lovely time

Great place, amazingly cheap for where it is situated. You a literally round the corner from the theatre district. Waverley Station is a 15 minute walk. The rooms we stayed it were huge and the packed breakfast they left outside the rooms (Covid) was excellent too. We loved it so much were going back next week!

We stayed 4 nights Very good service, Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed breakfast there are so many variety and friendly breakfast staff, near to hotel good transport bus services and tram and shopping centres, train station and play house and castle highley recommended very reasonable near to hotel very nice restaurants.
