Perfectly located hotel in the Edinburgh City Centre. Staff were helpful and polite, and took all COVID precautions. The room was clean and comfortable, and suited me as a solo traveller for a 3-day trip. I've recommended this hotel since and would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the hotel for a period of eight days and I loved the rooms in particular 2/16. The staff were friendly and accomodating and all my needs were catered for. On the negative side the noise from the boozed up revellers was bad but the hotel has no control over this. Excellent.

This is an old building re-design in a funky modern style. Once we entered the lobby, we fall in love with this hotel. Our family group of four, had a big room with four single beds. Plenty of room for our four big suitcases. The room was extremely clean. The bed was super comfy. We loved the dandy comic wallpaper and a giant street map of the local area on the another side of the wall in our room too. The location is unbeatable, so many eateries and local shops nearby. We had a breakfast in the bar next door. It was fantastic. Definitely will stay again when we’re going back to Edinburgh.
