Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and very tasty and also dinner menu was very interesting and the food portions were very large, the pool had a nice atmosphere and was very intimate plus the water was very warm, 3 minutes walk from hotel to tram which takes you to city centre (excellent opportunity). 100% recommended 👍👍👍

We always stay here if we can for Edinburgh. The breakfast, the pool, the shops close by and the tram/train&bus line next door all make for an easy city break. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. Thanks again for a fab holiday. 2 adults and 2 kids in a clean and comfortable room. The extra bonus this stay was the screen casting to the telly so we could put a movie on in the evenings! Brilliant.

First class hotel with a great location next to the main transport links into the city centre and beyond. Lovely spacious rooms and public areas. Excellent restaurant and bar. Little far out of the city but the city can be easily accessed via the trains or trams, which is a short 2min down the road. The restaurant and bar staff were extremely friendly and help full. The cleaning staff were efficient and friendly while ensuring proper hygiene standards were being kept. The room was perfect as it had everything I could have needed, which helped make my stay enjoyable

First stop in Scotland after arriving in Edi. Great personal reception , even while it was busy. Checked in quickly, nice clean room. Freshened up and went down for dinner. Even though I missed the last lamb, the sirloin did wonders. Received some great personal tips on where to go for our journey. And some good recommendations on the whisky selection. Absolute great facility but it is the people who make it a great place. Will come back here. No doubt.

Excellent staff. Breakfast is busy at peak times, as told by the staff and warned with signs around the hotel, so don't be surprised/ annoyed if you have to wait. Great location for the tram into centre. Great advice from staff about family day ticket. 👍🏻

Amazing for my kids to watch the trams and trains pass right by. Almost like they'll come into the building. Not loud considering. Actually had an amazing sleep as it is a quiet hotel, its so dark and the trains and trams stop service or at least slow down. With the window shut its quite quiet anyway, just sort of white noise which helped me sleep 💤 Lovely pool which is just like a bath, so warm. Steam room and gym too. You can get a lift from your room floor straight to the pool.
