This place was amazing from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. I pulled into the car park and the lady from the desk came out to show us where to park in the other building. I asked if I could buy a face mask, and myself and my partner were handed a Covid safe pack each. All staff were unbelievable. For the first time in about ten years, I never had to check the room for dirt, as it was incredibly immaculate. Cannot fault this place one bit. The staff are a massive credit to the place, and their compliance with Covid regulations is insane.

Hotel was fantastic, we didn't make the most out of the amenities so can't really comment but the staff were wonderful. Particularly, and I apologise, the Greek lady who's name I can't remember but who served us breakfast like it was the last meal we were going to have. So much so we left her a tip. The place was a perfect location, clean and tidy and for the price, couldn't have been better. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Just returned home from our 5 night stay at the Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel, the hotel provides everything you would want/need for a stay in Edinburgh. Lovely clean rooms with great Covid measures in place. The thing that really sets this hotel apart from the 100s of others in Edinburgh is the staff, extremely pleasant and very helpful. This was our second visit to this hotel and and we will certainly be returning for our third!
